Orit Dahari

Orit was first introduced to Pilates by her voice teacher in Israel. She has since become a Stott Pilates certified instructor, and appreciates the sense of strength and empowerment that Pilates has brought to her life. She has been teaching Yoga and Pilates for over a decade, and her classes are infused with her knowledge of physics and bio-mechanics for effective and creative workouts that challenge both mind and body. Orit is an acupuncture student and enjoys weaving her kinesthetic knowledge with traditional Chinese medicine through Qi gong and moving meditations.
