Sheila
Sheila Clark is an AFAA-certified and Polestar-educated fitness professional with over six years of experience teaching group exercise throughout the Northern Virginia and Washington Metropolitan area.Her extensive background in fitness and movement science includes specialized training in anatomy, injury prevention, and corrective exercise. Through her Polestar and STOTT PILATES® education, Sheila blends classical Pilates principles with modern functional movement, focusing on posture, breath, and spinal mobility to create balanced, intelligent workouts for every client.
Sheila’s expertise spans multiple modalities—including Mat Pilates (Levels I–III with props), Reformer training, and core stabilization techniques developed through Reebok University’s Core Intense workshops. Her classes are known for their precision, creativity, and emphasis on proper alignment, leaving clients feeling strong, centered, and empowered.
