Vegan Chocolate Mousse

This treat is so simple and delicious – you’ll forget how healthy it is. Ingredients   1 ripe avocado 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup raw agave nectar (maple syrup is ok) 1/4 almond or coconut milk (full fat) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract   Puree until smooth. Chill for 1 hour or more until thickened and cold.
