Self-Guided Memberships

Why: Longing for the way Reformers make your body feel, but still uncomfortable being around others.

How it works:

  1. Reserve a Reformer at Fairfax Pilates
  2. Choose an OnDemand workout from our Online Library
  3. Bring your tablet or laptop to our studio.
  4. Workout on our equipment.
  5. Clean your station thoroughly.
  6. Sweat. Smile. Repeat.

Why: You are ready to take charge of your life, stay fit, healthy & boost your immunity, but you prefer to stay at home.

How: Begin with an Introductory Session where you will discuss medical history, injuries / modifications (if applicable) and goals. An experienced Instructor will lead you through a brief workout and help you sign up for the ideal membership for your needs.

Why: This top tier membership is custom designed for the client based on abilities and goals.  Ideal for those with injuries, busy schedules or want to fast-track progress.
