Cauliflower "Bread Sticks"


  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • ½ tablespoon of basil
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat over to 425ºF. 
  2. Cook the entire head of cauliflower with your preferred method, and then put in a food processor/blender until smooth (purée) - caution, with hot products in these appliances, steam can cause bursting - Let cool slightly before adding to food processor/blender. (You can also cook riced cauliflower and purée. Just make sure it equals about 1 head of cauliflower).
  3. Place cauliflower purée in the refrigerator until cooled completely.
  4. Once cooled, mix the rest of the ingredients into the cauliflower.
  5. Grease a cookie sheet and place cauliflower on it.
  6. Use your hands and pat down cauliflower until it is about ½ in thick.
  7. Place in an oven for about 25 min or until slightly browned.
  8. Remove from the oven and turn oven to broil at 500°F.
  9. Cut your cauliflower into the desired sticks you want, and flip over.
  10. Place back in the oven until both sides are brown and desired crispness.
  11. Enjoy as a delicious serving of veggies… Dip in soups, cheese sauce, marinara, your favorite dressing or garlic oil, or just eat as is!
