Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- ½ tablespoon of basil
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 whole eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
- Preheat over to 425ºF.
- Cook the entire head of cauliflower with your preferred method, and then put in a food processor/blender until smooth (purée) - caution, with hot products in these appliances, steam can cause bursting - Let cool slightly before adding to food processor/blender. (You can also cook riced cauliflower and purée. Just make sure it equals about 1 head of cauliflower).
- Place cauliflower purée in the refrigerator until cooled completely.
- Once cooled, mix the rest of the ingredients into the cauliflower.
- Grease a cookie sheet and place cauliflower on it.
- Use your hands and pat down cauliflower until it is about ½ in thick.
- Place in an oven for about 25 min or until slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and turn oven to broil at 500°F.
- Cut your cauliflower into the desired sticks you want, and flip over.
- Place back in the oven until both sides are brown and desired crispness.
- Enjoy as a delicious serving of veggies… Dip in soups, cheese sauce, marinara, your favorite dressing or garlic oil, or just eat as is!
