Lighten Up Cranberry Moscow Mule

Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 2 tbsp. diet cranberry juice drink
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 packet no-calorie sweetener (like stevia)
  • 1/2 cup low-calorie ginger beer (about 40 calories per cup)
  • Garnish: fresh mint

Directions:
Place ice in a glass. Add vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and sweetener. Stir to dissolve sweetener.

Top with ginger beer, and stir. Add mint leaves to garnish.
