Strawberry Balsamic: With a layer of Greek yogurt, thinly sliced strawberries, a drizzling of balsamic vinegar, and a few sprigs of basil, this one is really fresh, unique, and sunshine-y!

Banana Ricotta: Whip up a quick vanilla ricotta and top it with sliced banana and toasted coconut flakes for a delightfully creamy toast with a tropical feel.

Blueberry Cheddar: Blueberry jam, fresh blueberries, thyme, and a dash of honey sit atop a layer of melted cheddar cheese. If you’re skeptical, you really MUST try this one. Cheddar cheese pairs so nicely with sweet fruits, and with the different textures and colors, this one is a fan favorite!

Avocado Corn: Basically summer on toast. Eat it off season and pretend. Mashed avocado topped with corn, basil, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Four easy, healthy, unique toast toppings, perfect for weekend brunch or for treating that special someone to breakfast in bed. Go beyond just avocado!


Strawberry Balsamic

  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (thick style)
  • 3 strawberries thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp balsamic reduction
  • A few basil leaves

Blueberry Cheddar

  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp blueberry jam
  • Handful fresh blueberries
  • ½ tsp thyme leaves
  • ½ tsp honey**

Banana Ricotta

  • 2 Tbsp ricotta cheese
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ banana thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp toasted shaved coconut

Avocado Corn

  • ½ avocado mashed
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup canned corn***
  • 2 Tbsp feta cheese (or Cotija)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh basil thinly sliced
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes halved


Strawberry Balsamic
Spread yogurt onto toast, followed by strawberries and balsamic reduction. Garnish with basil.

Blueberry Cheddar
Set cheddar onto toast and broil in oven for 2 to 3 minutes until melted. Spread on blueberry jam, sprinkle with blueberries and thyme, and drizzle with honey.

Banana Ricotta
Combine ricotta and vanilla. Spread onto toast, followed by banana and shaved coconut.

Avocado Corn
Combine avocado, lemon, salt, and pepper, Spread onto toast, followed by corn, feta cheese, basil, and tomatoes.


*Use your favorite bread for the toast - gluten free or ancient grains are best, but sourdough or even a day old baguette makes a great use for these toppings.
**Try spicy honey for a nice kick.
***Fire-roasted corn gives this a more rustic, delicious flavor.
