Symptom Free Only. Please stay home if you'e experiencing any symptoms associated with ANY sickness, not just COVID-19. We have a liberal policy for missed sessions during this time so we ask that you act cautiously.

Hand Washing. We ask that you wash your hands upon entry. (Sing happy birthday in your head - or out loud if you’re in the mood - TWICE before starting any sessions.)

Social Distancing. Classes are limited to 4 people per class to allow for adequate spacing between students. We will live stream our mat-based classes so you can join and stay an active part of the community from the comfort of your home. 

Face Coverings. All teachers will wear face coverings while teaching equipment classes and private lessons. Students have the option to wear one as well but it is not required. Teachers will be distanced away from others during mat-based classes and will NOT be wearing masks to allow those at home to effectively hear cues and corrections. 

Socks. Socks are required for any equipment classes. We have some for sale if you don’t have your own. 

Cleaning Equipment. All students must sanitize their equipment after each use. We use Force of Nature cleaning supplies which are on the EPA's list of Disinfectants for Use Against  SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. Our teachers sanitize the equipment after all private lessons.

Timing. Our schedule is staggered so students have ample time to vacate the studio before the next class enters the studio. Additionally, this spacing will allow our teachers to thoroughly clean the space before the next group arrives.

Air Purification. We fog our studio twice daily with an anti-viral solution. This helps eliminate any airborne viruses and adds an extra layer of precaution. Teachers also sanitize light switches, door handles, sinks, etc daily. As an additional effort, we mop our floors 3-4 times per week.

We will continue to monitor and adhere to CDC guidelines as we navigate the coronavirus together.
