Symptom Free Only. We ask that you stay home if you’re feeling less than 100%. We love you, but don’t love germs. Please keep them at home!

Hand Washing. We ask that you wash your hands upon entry. (Sing happy birthday in your head - or out loud if you’re in the mood - TWICE before starting any sessions)

Social Distancing: Classes are limited to 4 people per class to allow for adequate spacing between students. Our mat-based classes are offered virtually so you can remain an active part of the community from the comfort of your home.

Face Coverings. Masks are no longer required inside our studio.

Vaccine Records. We value your privacy and will never ask for vaccine information or records.

Socks. Grip socks are required on the equipment. Please bring your own or purchase some of ours. We sell ToeSox, Tavi Noir and Shashi.

Timing. Our schedule is staggered so students have ample time to vacate the studio after class so we don’t have too many people in the studio at once!
